Yes. On most projects the visit is essential: we measure the space, review the available electrical supply and estimate the real workload. That is what allows us to give a quotation that does not change later.
Yes. We carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on cold rooms, refrigeration equipment, ice machines and air conditioning regardless of who sold or installed them.
The quotation itemises equipment, materials and installation separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. On most projects we offer everything as a single package.
Yes. We survey the installed equipment, propose a visit frequency based on usage and deliver a technical report after every intervention.
Yes. We supply hood filters, filters and membranes for reverse-osmosis units, and spare parts for the equipment we provide.
Yes. We fabricate stainless steel benches and extraction hoods to drawing and to measurements taken on site.
We work with cube and ball ice machines from 70 kilos per day. Our founding speciality is premium alkaline ice, with the water treatment it requires.
Both. A venue with one cold room and one ice machine gets the same advice and the same backing as a large project.
Yes. H&R SpA is a registered company (HyR SpA, RUT 68.439.668-1) and issues tax documents for all of its work.
