H&R started out supplying and installing alkaline ice machines, and that remains our speciality. Today we work with equipment from 70 kilos per day, sized against real consumption and the ambient temperature of northern Chile — where the gap between a well-chosen machine and a bad one shows fastest.
We install the machine, the water treatment that protects it and the storage system, and hand it over producing. From there we follow up with preventive maintenance: a machine with a dirty condenser and an old filter loses output month after month.
